Unless otherwise required by pertinent law, the following dog breeds (or mixes of one or more of the following breeds) are prohibited:

Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, and any wolf hybrid.

One-time Pet Fee of $500.00 and monthly Pet Rent is $30.00 per pet. With a max of 2 allowed.
